The first step in your real estate career is pre-licensing courses from an approved real estate licensing school. In addition to a comprehensive education, we’ll give you official transcripts so you can finalize your license application.
Since your real estate exam can have questions not covered in the state’s pre-licensing curriculum, we’ve designed industry-leading exam prep to help you pass on the first time—or your money back. That’s our guarantee.
All licensed agents have to renew their real estate license on a regular schedule. Part of this means taking a certain number of hours of continuing education. At Allied, we have course packages to help you meet this requirement and stay compliant.
We offer a FREE 1-Hr 1031 Exchange Class for Continuing Education credit in the states of California, Washington, and Oregon.
Other jurisdictions to follow.
We also offer FREE 1-Hr 1031 Exchange for Professional Development nationwide. This will not be for credit.
Simply, the 1031 exchange allows equity from one real estate investment to roll into another, while deferring capital gains taxes. And it’s often one of the best strategies real estate investors employ for building wealth over time.
